1-We have the right to refuse service to anyone.

2- We are in no way affiliated with, have a sponsorship association, or represent any of the original candy manufacturers.

 

3- PLEASE NOTE: The amount and size of pieces in each bag may vary. I do my best to best to securely package each item, however, due to the fragility of freeze-dried food, some of the contents may settle or break in transit. KEEP OUT of direct sunlight and be sure to keep the bag sealed properly.

 

 

4- ALLERGY WARNING:  crunchitcandy.com/ Crunch It Candy LLC nor its suppliers are to be held liable for any allergic reactions caused by our products. We encourage you to do your research and use common sense when purchasing our products. We are NOT a peanut free facility and some of our products include but are not limited to... Wheat, Dairy, Soy, Gluten, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Other Nuts, Eggs, Fish etc.

5-Although an item may not contain an allergen that causes an allergic reaction, the original manufacturer that produces the product may process the item in the same facility that processes something that does contain an allergen (i.e. peanuts, soy, nuts, etc.).

6-Due to very strict Trademark and Copyright infringement laws, NO COMPANY or PERSON is allowed to use the original name of any candy purchased, which includes but is not limited to the mention of the original candy name online, advertising the original candy name, marketing the original candy name, or posting the original candy name and or original candy packaging on any social media platforms. *If any entity (person or company) breeches any Trademark / Copyright laws and legal action is taken, Crunch It Candy LLC will not be responsible in any way.
